Simon Wholey, Founder
Simon, a native of the UK, spent over 23 years in the British Army, achieving the rank of Warrant Officer Class One. His diverse expertise in wilderness disciplines, arctic warfare, and navigation make him a formidable outdoorsman. Now, in the United States, he leads Benton County Search and Rescue as Team Chief, sharing his wealth of knowledge and dedication to aiding those in need in wilderness settings.

Sean Cline, Founder
Sean's passion for the outdoors began early when his family relocated from Chicago to Colorado. His childhood in the foothills of the front range fostered a lifelong love for exploration. An Assistant Scout Master, Equipment Officer of the Benton County Search & Rescue team, and Emergency Medical Responder, Sean's dedication to wilderness safety and adventure shines through his work in leading high-adventure treks.

Margo Capps, Founder
Currently donning the hat of Training Officer for Benton County Search and Rescue, Margo orchestrates sharpening skills for the next generation of rescue professionals. Her certifications include Lost Person Behavior, Wilderness First Aid, ICS 300, Technical Rope Rescue, and Confined Space Rescue, painting a picture of a seasoned and well-rounded expert.
